What would you like to tell us?

Report an incident

A broken streetlight, a pothole, overflowing bins, a damaged pavement. Whatever is wrong and someone has to fix.

Example: “Three streetlights out on the Morro Jable promenade for two weeks now”.

Ask a question

To your town council or the Cabildo: why, when, who. We forward it and publish the answer.

Example: “When will the Tarajalejo health centre reopen?”.

Propose an improvement

A concrete idea that other residents can support. With enough support, the institution commits to considering it.

Example: “A cycle lane between Corralejo and Parque Holandés”.

How it works

  1. Tell us

    Write your submission in two minutes, from your phone. You can add photos and the location, and choose whether it is published with your name or without it.

  2. We forward it and follow it up

    We review it, send it to the relevant department of the institution with a deadline to reply, and count the days in public.

  3. We publish the answer

    We let you know by email and publish the answer next to your submission. If they do not reply in time, that is public too.
