Participa · Información Local forwards residents' submissions to the competent department of each institution and follows up on the reply. With an institutional account you can manage them directly from the panel, without back-and-forth e-mails.

You receive the forwarded submissions

Only those addressed to your institution or department: suggestions, questions, incidents, topics and proposals, already moderated and classified.

You reply from the panel

Register the official reply in one click; it is published next to the submission and we notify the resident by e-mail, in their language.

Deadlines and statistics

You see the deadline of each submission (15 days as a guideline), which ones are pending or overdue, and your institution's response figures.

For data protection reasons, the institutional account does not show residents' contact details: all communication goes through Participa.
