What this portal is
An independent citizen channel for submitting suggestions, questions, issues and proposals to Fuerteventura's institutions, and for publishing their responses. It is not an official register and does not replace the channels provided by public administrations: we forward submissions to the relevant institution and publish whatever response it gives. For procedures with legal effect, please use each administration's official electronic office (sede electrónica).

For emergencies, call 112. This portal is not an emergency channel.
Terms of use
- Use of the portal is free of charge and implies acceptance of these terms and of the privacy policy.
- Submissions must be respectful, truthful and relate to matters of public interest in Fuerteventura.
- We do not publish third parties' personal data, insults, discriminatory content, advertising or content that infringes third-party rights.
- The moderation team may reject, make minimal corrections to, or merge duplicate submissions, always noting this in the public history of each item.
- Each person may support a submission and vote in each consultation only once. The use of multiple accounts or automated means is prohibited.
- Información Local may suspend accounts that breach these rules.
Content and liability
Published submissions are the responsibility of the person who sends them. Official responses are reproduced exactly as issued by the institution concerned. Translations into other languages are produced automatically and may contain errors; the original Spanish text takes precedence. Producciones Majoreras S.L. does not guarantee that institutions will respond and is not responsible for the content of their responses, although it does monitor and publish the response times for each item.
Intellectual property
The portal's design, code, original texts, trademarks and logos belong to Producciones Majoreras S.L. or to third parties who have authorised their use. By submitting a contribution, you retain your rights over it and authorise Información Local to publish, translate and cite it in its content, always with the visibility level you have chosen.

The portal contains links to institutions' electronic offices and websites. Producciones Majoreras S.L. is not responsible for their content or availability.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Puerto del Rosario, unless consumer protection regulations establish a different jurisdiction.
